Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate business requirements.
• Create and execute Automation Test Cases.
• Set up, maintain, and perform test automation frameworks.
• Perform Defect Management.
• Coordinate other teams/team members to ensure the quality of the product/software.
• Implement Continues Integration in the projects.
• Measure KPIs of the projects.
• Generate and evaluate project metrics.
• Make technical and management project decisions.

Require Skills/Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• 10+ years of Solid Experience in Testing Area.
• 6+ years of Solid Experience in Automation with Selenium WebDriver.
• 6+ years of Solid Experience in any OOP such as Java or Python.
• 4+ years of solid Experience in other testing types such as Performance, Mobile, & API.
• 5+ years coordinating or leading a team.
• 4+ years of Solid Experience with Continues Integration Tools (Jenkins, Azure)
• 3+ years of experience as Technical Architect.
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience Working with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or Xtreme Programming.
• Capable of research testing tools, methodologies and practice to improve existing.

Nice to Have (Experience/Certifications):

• Experience as Scrum Master and/or Certification.
• Selenium Certifications.
• OOP Certifications.
