ENGIE are recruiting for X2 Apprentice Resident Liaison Officers to be based in  Merchant House, 12 Merchant Court, Monkton Business Park South, Hebburn. This is a full time apprentice role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, benefits package and training package.

One Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer will be supporting on a specifitc contract in Sunderland and the other Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer supporting on a contract in County Durham.

What will you deliver?

• To keep all tenants fully informed as to the programme of events
• To regularly visit tenants to establish and resolve any problems that may arise or have already arisen
• To attend site meetings / team meetings relevant to site
• Make every effort to attend all mandatory courses related to your role 
• Deal with customer complaints in accordance with the QA procedure
