Job Description

Candidate must be able to work to meet deadlines, multi-task, communicate well and be able to troubleshoot/diagnose issues that arise in supporting enterprise applications. The ability to provide insight as to root cause analysis of any encountered issues is a plus. This is a critical business unit application used to drive productivity and provide real-time information to internal business units and their customers. At many times it is a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Manage Development, support, deployment, and continued improvement of Work Order Management System
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Address user issues related to work order management system
  • Assist with implementation of new CMMS system
  • Provide training as needed to WOM system users and conduct monthly training sessions
  • Perform contract renewals, loading PM and equipment templates
  • Review completed work orders and resolve errors
  • Review expenditures related to work order management system
  • Monitors service requests to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Perform unit testing of system modifications to ensure that the specifications are met, and that there is no unexpected or adverse impact on system performance and functionality.
  • Develop business processes and update SOPs as necessary
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements
  • Write and perform training related to Enterprise Solution and business processes
  • Involved in multiple projects, often taking direction from more than one person
  • Assist in Quality Assurance testing, as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • BS or BA college degree or 3-6 years of operations or accounting experience
  • Skilled communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to critically analyze problems and implement optimal solutions
  • Experience with work order management software or CMMS systems (Alliance preferred)
