Our highly technical and innovative team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this ever-changing landscape. This position is specifically for our HR Systems development team.

What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's Information Technology team? The position will be responsible for developing and working with application developers in Google Cloud, SAP, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Mobile device development, Analytics development, open source development and more (as per the specific requirement). This person will drive improvements in performance, security, maintainability and scalability of our applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering of Software Engineer experience
• Good and deep understanding of programming concepts like Object Oriented Programming, Database Management System, Computer Data Structures 
• Interest and knowledge in DevOps
• Knowledge and understanding of Web development 
• Very strong hold on atleast one of the following programming languages like JAVA, Paython, Javascript, C++ along with SQL  

Ideally, this person will have

• Strong proficiency in Netweaver ABAP Programming and/or HR ABAP
• Strong proficiency in OOABAP
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting language
• Proficiency with Git version control
• Proficiency in UI5
• Functional/Configuration knowledge in Human Capital Management like SAP Successfactors and HCM ECC
• Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration 
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud Administration and Development
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors modules
• Experience in Kronos Time Management
• Exposure to Google Development Platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) or TypeScript
• Experience developing front end web applications, JavaScript Frameworks like Angular and React
• Familiarities with modern JavaScript tools, like npm and webpack
• Familiarity with browser rendering behavior and performance
• Familiarity with JS automated testing tools and frameworks
• Experience with backend/API development
• Experience with capabilities of major Cloud Service providers (Google, AWS, Azure)
