The main focus of this role is to support project and program work related to the AppleCare Services (ACS) program. ACS is a strategic and fast-growing global program within the AppleCare organization, focused on our indirect channel partners. The ACS Program Manager works with our partners and internal teams to imagine, design, develop and implement custom sales solutions that adhere to partner requirements, strategic guidelines and country regulations. In the role of the ACS Implementation Coordinator, you will support the ACS PM across multiple projects and partners. We are looking for a driven and detail oriented individual to assist with ACS project management in Europe.

Description

As the ACS Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with the ACS PM, internal teams and our partners to manage project tracks, resolve issues, communicate progress and document activities associated to each project.Work with the ACS PM and AppleCare Business Development Managers to fully understand the scope of the project to be implemented.Based on the scope of the project, develop a detailed readiness plan and project plan to outline requirements, solutions, issues and monitor progress.Manage known and unknown changes to the project plan.Provide ongoing project related communication and share status updates with internal teams and stakeholders on a regular basis.Work with internal teams to secure resources for each of the project tracks and to ensure team actions remain in synergy across the project.Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Collaborate with manager for project efficiencies, alignment on continuity of project features and participate in program improvement efforts. Typically, some travel may be required to support on-site partner meetings, as well as regional Apple meetings. Until travel is appropriate, virtual meetings will be held.

Education & Experience

Bachelor Degree Required. Accomplished user of Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Excel and Word.At least 2-3 years of project management work on large-scale projects.Experience working with complex systems and project solutions.Internal AppleCare experience preferred, but not required.Previous experience in a B2B partner-facing role preferred, but not required.
