Financial Analysis Consultant

What you’ll achieve
As a Financial Analysis Consultant, you will lead the financial planning process for a business unit, developing processes, tools and controls to support business requirements; as well as executing critical initiatives.
You will:

• Finance Business Partner to the APEX CoC team (including APEX Pricing)
• AOP/Forecast support – ensuring alignment withAPEX Finance/GBO/FP&A
• OPEX Controllership for the APEX CoC team; Try and Buy program support
• Pipeline review, inspection, conversion analysis
• Understand Voice of Field and escalate issues
• Weekly Financials deep dive – presenting and interpreting orders results, support of the APEX Weekly BMS process
• Pricing, discounting, margins, customer analytics
• Monitor programs metrics for effectiveness
• Attend S&OP meetings, monitor demand planning activities to minimize inventory exposure
• Pipeline metrics, including pipeline review and inspection, conversion analysis, win/loss analysis
• Weekly Financials deep dive – presenting and interpreting orders results, support of the APEX Weekly BMS process, deal tracking (big deal progression, slipped deals, expected landing)
• RTB and SOR support
• Voice of Finance in all leadership meetings

Essential Requirements
• 12 to 15 years of related experience
• Qualified accountant, with experience of US GAAP and regulatory controls
• Strong Financial awareness and diligence, including risk mitigation
• Ability to think tactically, strategically and creatively having sophisticated interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand financial drivers and outcomes in the business and explain these to non-financial colleagues

Desirable Requirements
• Bachelors’ degree or above preferred
• Additional language skills preferred
