Role Responsibilities:

• Provide insight into customer behaviour on our digital channels and present this in a variety of different ways from a quick conversation to a deep dive insight pack or a self-serve dashboard, providing commentary and making impactful recommendations.
• Look for new ways to develop reporting & processes through automation & optimisation along with research into and adoption of emerging technologies and ‘best practice’.
• Support and collaborate with the digital, ecomm and broader analytics teams to prioritise and deliver the backlog along with making sure we’re capturing the right data, in the right place, at the right time.
• Confidently lead people through motivation and trust while valuing diversity to deliver the best outcome and foster talent.
• Drive your own development, while you’ll have ample support and training where required, with the constantly evolving landscape in data and analytics, it’ll be important to identify your development needs and the best way to grow them.
• Be able to understand the strategy and goals for your stakeholders, translate them into clear requirements that can be supported by analysis and ensure they’re followed through into action.
• Champion and educate the business in analytics & self serve. Support and actively promote the reporting, tools and data in day to day business activity.
 

About you:

• An agile and innovative thinker, able to think creatively with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving and coming up with ideas.
• Excellent communicator, credible, articulate, compelling and engaging. Able to build trust with stakeholders, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and make impactful recommendations.
• Someone who is excited by digital, retail and fashion, curious about data and the adoption of new technologies and tools.
• Self-starter with initiative and good self-management skills, able to prioritise and work collaboratively as a valuable member of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about development, adaptable and has a growth mindset.
• Proactive and positive mindset that embraces change in a fast moving environment and industry. A clear desire to drive value from data and adaptable to changing circumstance.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics is highly desirable though experience with other digital analytics tools will be considered with an aptitude to adapt to new technologies quickly.
• As we try to bridge the gap between classical digital data and broader business data, experience with any sort of coding (e.g. SQL, Python/R, VBA or others) would be valuable but not essential as training can be provided.
• Familiarity with data visualisation techniques or tools (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, Microsoft Power BI or MicroStrategy) would be useful but not essential.
