We are seeking a highly motivated Researcher/Researcher Specialist to join the Fabric and Home Care (F&HC) Analytical Organization in Procter and Gamble Co, located in Cincinnati, OH. This role will specialize the Wet Chemistry analytical capabilities and enable the co-creation of new mechanistic insights and deliver new technologies / products across F&HC business.  The successful candidate will become the expert in Analytical labs, design and execute laboratory-based experiments, develop technical measurement capability, and generate critical insights and R&D solutions that will further grow P&G's $22+ billion F&HC business. 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an Associates Degree in STEM (Chemistry or Physics related).

Minimum 3-5 years of analytical measurement and in-analytical lab working experience. Direct expertise in wet chemistry techniques is a plus.

Passionate about the hands-on experiment work and demonstrate track record of new method development experiences.

Team player and ability to work in a multi-functional organization

Ability to work in a fast-paced industry and execute with excellence to maximize the business impact.

Strong communication (written and oral) skills
