Job Description

In this high impact role, you will support ABM’s Workforce Management (WFM) initiative.  The ideal candidate for this role has comprehensive experience functionally implementing and supporting WFM solutions, including defining and operationalizing foundational WFM processes and practices, such as forecasting, scheduling, rostering, timekeeping, performance management and compliance.

This position presents an opportunity to play a key role in supporting one of ABM’s most transformative efforts to enable efficiency with a massive, highly distributed workforce of over 100,000 team members across thousands of locations.

• Collaboratively defines and operationalizes foundational WFM processes and practices, such as: forecasting, scheduling, rostering, timekeeping, and performance management
• Builds relationships and works closely with ABM department stakeholders, consultants and WFM vendors
• Provides analysis and project management support, ensuring WFM initiative goals and objectives are reached
• Manages status and report out on WFM projects
• Supports the Workforce Management Governance Council and approved actions
• Works closely with cross-functional partners while owning and driving the WFM functional initiative/project deliverables
• Works closely with IT/Workforce Technology team who own and drive WFM technology initiative/project deliverables
• Additional duties and responsibilities as determined in the future

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in technology, business, finance, or engineering. Advanced degree preferred.
• 3 - 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting the business/functional elements of WFM solutions, such as forecasting, scheduling, rostering, timekeeping, performance management and compliance is required
• Experience deploying enterprise scale WFM solutions strongly preferred, ex: UKG (formerly Kronos and Ultimate Software), Infor, Workforce Software, Ceridian, etc.
• Experience supporting WFM functional requirements gathering, definition, UAT and post deployment support is strongly preferred
• Experience supporting the configuration of WFM solutions to meet the current and future business needs is desired
• Experience implementing WFM solutions to a large employee base (50,000+), that is highly distributed (10,000+ locations) is strongly preferred
• Experience working with Technology, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR and other partners is preferred
