You Will:
• Drives the analysis of Supplier Quality Data and its products. Prepare presentations and report supplier quality performance and local team KPIs.• Manages, develops, advice about potential suppliers and drives NPIs, Sustaining and EOLs Continuous Improvement Initiatives, Performance Improvements and Cost Savings.• Drives suppliers to improve overall scorecard performance, including cost, quality, COS, Service and Field Quality based on Dell´s standards and Quality tools.• Knows and understands the functionality of the WWP tools/processes that are appropriate for effectively performing responsibilities.• Develops, manages, and implements key projects and continuous improvements to achieve strategic initiatives.
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering areas (undergraduate or newly graduated).• Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electronics or Automation.• Strong English communication skills required.• Experience leading Continuous Improvement Initiatives/Transformation Projects using statistical and Quality tools• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage changes.
Desirable Requirements
