Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Processes a variety of complex calculations / transactions, including settlement calculations in accordance to the company’s standards.
- Prepares all facets of deferred and immediate annuity calculations, including exception / special estimate calculations, retirement illustrations / settlements, daily accumulations, divorce calculations, survivor calculations, minimum distributions, and single sum calculations.
- Ensures annuity amounts are complete and accurate in the retirement system.
- Researches and responds to inquiries from clients or their representatives, as well as regulatory agencies on a wide variety of investment, operational, compliance and regulatory topics.
- Identifies gaps in service delivery and shares findings with appropriate management team.
- Drafts weekly, monthly and quarterly valuation reports for clients.
