Our International Trade Compliance Team ensures the successful delivery of our energy products across the globe.
 

Partner with the best

As an Analyst of Internal Trade Compliance, you will be responsible for the oversight of business operational trade compliance. You will provide customs and regulatory advise to the business when process flow disruptions occur. You will partner with the global customs, logistics, and business operations teams on delivering classifications and solutions to the business.
 

As an Analyst  - International Trade Compliance, you will be responsible for:

  • Advising Baker Hughes business on global export control and sanctions requirements, applies for governmental export licenses, and provides compliance advice and oversight for international trade activities on a global basis
  • Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements
  • Handling communication with immediate colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis
  • Contributing to project as a team member
  • Providing and Maintaining trade data (HTS, ECCN, PGA, etc.) in International Trade Compliance (ITC) recordkeeping systems
  • Assisting in the development of trade compliance policies and procedures, conduct training and audits, to ensure import/export compliance policies and procedures are followed

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Legal)
  • Experience in product classification using the HTS and CCL
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
