Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage various financial activities, including those related to risk evaluation, mitigation actions, cash flow strategies with focus on market dynamics and growth opportunities• Develop and communicate insights through analysis of internal and external financial information• Close interaction with business teams, banks and various internal and external counterparties to collect data and recommend or determine a course of action• Report to key internal stakeholders, including managers located in the U.S. or other countries to communicate key metrics, potential risks and likely outcomes

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)• Master`s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics preferably with 3+ years of relevant Finance/Accounting work experience• Strong communication skills and effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with others, including colleagues around the globe• Strong analytic skills with ability to manipulate data and quickly draw conclusions with passion for innovation and process transformation• Attention to accuracy and details; also able to meet priorities and deadlines• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish preferable• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and tech-friendly (SAP, tableau, power BI, SQL Basics)• Continuous improvement mindset to develop, implement and sustain best practices to ensure superior service delivery and accuracy• Interest in long term career opportunities• Interest in ongoing learning to grow skills and capabilities
