Analyst HR - IN
This role will require a broad understanding of the HR Function and key features of Employee Relations. The incumbent will work with HR leads and HR team members and is expected to support the HR team in implementing various HR Programs effectively and efficiently, hence the HR Analyst role is important as it has a direct impact on overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Creating and Maintaining reports and dashboards
• Support in implementing HR programs and Associate Experience Initiatives (Eg: Wellness, Employee Surveys , etc)
• Support in implementation , execution and driving of assigned tasks.
• Partner with other HR functions and implement HR Programs effectively and efficiently.
• Effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders for successful and timely implementation of actions
• Managing and executing the Vendor payouts, contract related actions etc.
• Adherence to Risk and Governance framework as applicable.

Educational Requirements

• Vocational and/or Technical Education Preferred

Work Experience

• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

• Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
