Our global team rebuilds and requalifies equipment to be deployed into the field for artificial lift. Partner with the best
 As an AMO (Assembly, Maintenance, & Overhaul) Equipment Technician, you will be joining a team providing maintenance services to our field locations. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations.

You will be responsible for:
 

• Providing maintenance services to our field locations.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations.
• Supporting all aspects of AMO including testing motors, pumps, seals, and other ESP Systems as needed.
• Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards.
• Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing cable issues.
• Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 70 pounds with occasional bending and twisting with assistance as needed

 To be successful in this role you will have:

 Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Technical degree or Associates in Mechanical field preferred
• Good mechanical skills, and the ability to multitask whilst using technical equipment.
• Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years relevant industry experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, preferred)
• Ability to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting methods and procedures, drawings, and parts lists.
• Previous experience with testing/inspecting down hole ESP systems.
• Relevant industry experience (electronic, oilfield, automotive) with mechanical aptitude (reading engineering diagrams, etc.) preferred
