Job Description
The Americas Regional Process Lead will be America's primary point of contact to support and lead the Order to Cash (OTC) projects in alignment with our global strategy to achieve our vision in becoming a world-class OTC organization. The role will have regional oversight of the end-to-end (E2E) integration of new initiatives into the OTC platforms including driving process standardization, people and technology alignment across business segments and regions to deliver the GPO's (Global Process Owner) organizational objectives. The role will require engagement and alignment with regional business teams, finance, operations sales and supply chain to drive business process standardization and support change management throughout the OTC lifecycle
What are we looking for?
- BS, BA or equivalent experience including supervisory, or management assignments is preferred.
- 10+ years proven experience in Global Operations, project management, Account Receivables Management , Order management and process optimization/ transformation
- Experience in Global Delivery Model and Business Process Outsourcing preferred
- Digital Savvy and exposure to latest trends in RPA, automation, and AI
- Preferred Experience in leading process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Hoshi or 6-sigma)
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Deliver on GPO strategy through identifying regional development needs, onboard new resources as needed and ensuring a “high performingâ€, collaborative and fully engaged team
- Builds highly influential relationships with internal stakeholders (MGS, BU, Cross functional teams) and BPO
- Design new and improved capabilities based on standard processes & systems. Plan, lead, drive and execute business critical improvement projects to deliver successful results
- Defines and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to be used to measure the effectiveness, efficiency and experience of the OTC sub processes and the end-to-end business processes.
- Ensures adherence to the global business process design principles and the minimization of any localizations/workarounds except for local tax/compliance requirements
- Develop, implement, and drive continuous improvements of the standardized business process. Process custodian and ensures adoption of proven practices. Capture learnings and actively share success within your network. Supply Chain Domain, Order Management, Accounts Receivable Management, Sales and Sales Finance
- Act as a subject matter expert, coaching team and others in the methods and techniques of process improvement to increase the capability of the business to respond to problems. Build/Test capabilities including (IT) tools, training, data & analytics
- Lead a high performing, collaborative and fully engaged team while ensuring onboarding of new resources
- Work collaboratively with Financial Operations, Digital, Supply Chain- including 3rd party vendors to design and reengineer key processes ensuring alignment with a global standard design
- Develop a strong partnership with BU, Operations and BPO enabling continuous improvement, to identify opportunities in the portfolio or market and to propose transformational solutions.
- Accountable to establish knowledge management governance and controls of policies for the region
