Are you passionate about planning, building and executing outstanding Amazon and Criteo search campaigns?

Join the Western European B2B Centre of Excellence’s Platform Marketing team to help The LEGO Group deliver the best possible shopper experience in the UK and across the region.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth in Western Europe through sponsored/paid marketing levers with a primary focus on Amazon Search and Criteo Search

• Create, develop and optimize search campaigns across the Amazon and Criteo platforms

• Help LEGO to be a first mover with new search technologies, ad formats and ecosystem changes

• Forge a strong strategic and functional working relationship with Amazon and Criteo, working with them to improve our accounts in specific markets

• Educate LEGO stakeholders on the value of search, to raise the overall knowledge of the organization and get them excited about the opportunities

The Western European B2B eCommerce Center of Excellence is accountable for the execution of all digital/ecommerce-related activities within the region.

This team plays a critical role in building up commercial capabilities for The LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?

• Experience in e-Commerce, search and/or other marketing disciplines ideally from a premium consumer brand or digital agency

• Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn analysis into the creation, execution of actionable e-Commerce programs and digital campaigns

• Comfort with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications

• Fluency in website performance suites and database platforms

• Shopper-centric orientation with proven track-record of acting and developing on shopper insights

• Strong networking and interpersonal skills
