Work you’ll do 

• Participate in and oversee the design of Cloud solutions, from conceptual, logical and physical design to meet client’s business and technical requirements leveraging architecture patterns and following development processes
• Design and architect solutions for existing client facing hosted applications as they are moved into cloud environments such as AWS
• Work on implementation architecture of Amazon Connect to be integrated with CRM
• Provide technical oversight, review and quality control throughout the life cycle of the implementations
• Lead discovery-related conversations, workshops, and associated deliverables for stakeholders
• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

The Contact Center practice is part of Deloitte’s GPS Customer Strategy and Applied Design offering. It focuses on advising, implementing, and operating contact center operations and technology to elevate the human experience in a digital world.  The Contact Center practice achieves this by helping our clients discover, design, and implement tailored contact center operations and telephony solutions. We bring knowledge and solutions to uncover the behaviors, motivations and preferences of our clients’ customers and develop new experiences for them. We are a matrixed organization where we align various resource groups to deliver and provide high quality services.

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor's of Science Degree or equivalent technical education/certification
• 2+ years of experience with Amazon Connect
• 2+ years of experience with AWS engineering
• 1+ years of consulting experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Travel up to 25% 

Preferred: 

• Proficiency in either Python or Node. JS
• Background in DevOps
• Experience designing, implementing, and deploying large scale Digital Contact Center transformation
• Excellent verbal and written skills
