As an Alternative Investment Asset Review, Sr Representative, you will play a unique and central role on a team dedicated to delivering World Class customer and transaction servicing around all aspects of alternative investment processing by vetting requests to support new products against our acceptability guidelines and asset servicing capabilities. OSG supports a leading-edge Alternative Investments platform that offers our customers the ability to represent limited partnerships, non-listed REIT's, fund of funds, registered and privately placed products "above the line." Demand for our service is growing at a significant rate, making this an exciting opportunity.

• Reviewing Alternative Investment offering documents, Private Placement Memoranda, subscription agreements, and certificate specimens.
• Determining the asset type and area of processing responsibility.
• Ensuring assets meet defined acceptability criteria.
• Working with product sponsors to acquire custody agreements.
• Building relationships with internal and external business partners, including alternative investment sponsors, our clearing customers, our technology team and other OSG processing and service teams.

The Skills & Experience You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience with the alternative investment product is preferred
• Prior knowledge of alternative investment products and asset review process
• Detail oriented, ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Team player with capability to help maintain a positive work environment
