Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivers foundational and advanced Artificial Lift Systems training.
- Source and prepare resources or equipment required for the delivery of training courses and ensures their fitness for purpose.Â
- Monitor effectiveness of training programs and measure knowledge transfer.
- Manages assigned training courses and performs life cycle maintenance of Artificial Lift Systems technical training content.
- Participates as subject matter expert (SME) for the design and development of Instructor Led or Web Based Training courses and career development programs
- Provides SME support for the digital transformation of the Artificial Lift Systems training programs
- Develop/expand skillset required to create effective digital training content throughout the use of authoring tools approved by the training leadership team
- Capture and produce training video aids to complement current programs offered to the global product line population
- Assists the training lead in planning and organizing course schedules in accordance with available resources and operational needs.
- Conducts all business activities in accordance with BH HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BH Values.
- Participates in the development and maintenance of the technical competency structure of the organization
- Handles special projects, as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor\'s or technical diploma.
- Have 5+ years of experience in the Artificial Lift Systems Product Line
- Be familiar with Baker Hughes Artificial Lift Systems products and services
- Be fluent in English and Spanish with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
