Purpose of the role:

To provide planning services to ensure that Equita performance levels are optimised.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Allocating and monitoring work in a timely and efficient manner to ensure optimal use of EA resources.
  • Knowledge of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting and data to understand performance levels and levers to optimised productivity.
  • Data Entry to accurate timely levels to ensure systems, reports and procedures are up to date.    
  • Understanding and implementing not just company procedures but strict legislative guidelines to protect Equita and the wider industry.
  • Customer service provision to end customers to ensure optimal debt recovery and ensure standards of service maintained.  
  • To uphold all Enforcement Policies, Processes and Procedures which includes Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental and Information Security.  
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team as required to ensure best in class service provision.

What we’re looking for:

  • Working knowledge of One Step system.
  • Ability to make data-based decisions to optimise performance.
  • Working knowledge of excel in order to work with large volumes of data and interpret accordingly.
  • Basic resource modelling skills for front and back office planning and performance management.
  • Knowledge of Enforcement workflow and performance management tools as they are deployed in the business.
