Responsibilities/Duties
Provide technical and thought leadership to solve large and complex business problems, leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies and patterns to drive actionable insights for Evernorth stakeholders. Leads a team of AI/ML engineers to develop and deploy solutions into a cloud environment. Works with stakeholders to define value driven use cases where AI/ML can have an impact. Drives the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions including risk management. Remains engaged and connected to the broader Evernorth AI initiatives. Stays abreast of the latest AI/ML technologies and techniques and shares these with others.
Skills
Proficient in Database Concepts and Technologies including MS Sql Server, DB2 and Oracle
Proficient in Big Data Technologies including Kafka, Apache Storm, Spark Hive, Hbase, Spark, Pig, Map-Reduce, No-Sql Databases
Knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Architecture & Data Governance concepts
Minimum 5 years of programming experience specially with Python, Java, Javascript
Minimum of 4 years in working with data science tools, including scikit-learn. TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, OpenCV, or Spacy are good to have.
Minimum of 4 years developing & optimizing AI/ML models, in automation modelling, natural language processing and deep machine learning.
Experience in working with implementations of Azure cloud data solutions a strong plus (ADLS, Data Bricks, Synapse, ADF)
Must be able to effectively communicate complex technical topics to a variety of audiences
Highly organized

Health care experience highly preferred
Management work experience highly preferred
This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
