The Role

The Workplace Investing Data Engineering and Exchange AI Delivery Chapter team is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team to help deliver customer facing AI models into production.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.

Superior SQL skills and experience developing data transformation pipelines multiple database platforms

At least 3 years of working within a complex Java and/or Python microservices infrastructure as either a consumer or API developer

Exposure to Machine Learning model development and deployment lifecycle using ML infrastructure and MLOps in the Cloud (AWS preferred)

Exposure to AWS Sagemaker environment is highly beneficial

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or equivalent), version control (Git), orchestration/DAGs tools (Airflow, Luigi, Kubeflow, or equivalent).

You are self-driven, highly motivated and a quick learner.

The Team

The team is an agile squad in one of the Artificial Intelligence Product Areas in Workplace Services. The goal of the squad is to find opportunities to automate manual and error prone processes using AI and Machine Learning techniques. Squads also work on using AI and Machine Learning for personalization use cases to help Fidelity customers. The squad intends to use cloud technologies and deploy solutions using all current software engineering principles. It’s a great chance to work on an agile team to help build innovative and high business value AI powered solutions to improve the lives of Fidelity’s customers.
