Position Summary

Work you’ll do

  • Work with clients to define requirements and build epics or user stories, using Scrum and/or Agile methodologies
  • Lead or facilitate requirements discussions using scrum or agile best practices
  •  IT Project management processes and re-engineering of processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Work in teams, building relationships (including client relationships)
  • Work with application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Assist clients move to a more agile IT development process

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  •  2+ years of full-time work experience 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Travel up to 25% 

Preferred: 

  •  Requirements gathering
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Business process improvement
  • Project Management
  • Application Lifecyle tools (KIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps)
  • SAFe-related certifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar
  • PMI-ACP
