Job Description

What’s the role about?

Our Affiliates Senior Executives play a key role in supporting the implementation, optimisation and development of the Affiliates programme. Working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Affiliate Partners and Agencies to execute our John Lewis Marketing Campaigns.

What will you be doing?

As an Affiliates Senior Executive, you will support the Affiliate Manager in developing and managing our Affiliates and Partners, delivering our commercial targets and supporting our business objectives and sales; exploring and capitalising on new Marketing opportunities: Maintaining a strong understanding of our competitors’ marketing activity and finding new ways to drive innovation.

You will oversee the end-to-end execution of our day-to-day campaigns, from conception through to post-campaign analysis: Producing channel reports to communicate performance, handling reporting numbers and turning insights into actionable post-campaign analysis to continually improve our Affiliate Marketing programme.

Effectively managing our Team and Stakeholders to ensure that our brand image is accurately reflected in our Affiliates’ marketing activity and that our affiliated Partners adhere to our brand guidelines. You will also ensure that our processes are clear, efficient and appropriately analysed to deliver creative and compelling customer experiences across the online estate and finding ways to make our processes more efficient.

We asked one of our Affiliate Senior Executives why they love working for us, this is what they said:

"My primary role is planning and executing a diverse range of campaigns within the affiliate channel, both internal priorities and external supplier funded campaigns. The team is very collaborative - whilst still having autonomy to manage individual projects which align with our affiliate strategy. I’ve found the role very rewarding and that I am contributing greatly to the business."

What you'll have:

  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholder relationships.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively.

  • Proven planning and organisational skills; effectively prioritising your workload.

  • An analytical mindset.

What else could you bring?

  • Experience of Digital Marketing

  • Experience of influencing and negotiating

  • Performance driven. Consistently looks to find incremental gains and optimisations

Additional Information:

The Partnership supports agile and flexible working practices, such as when, where and how we work. We have several different ways to work flexibly, including part-time, flexible or compressed hours, and job sharing. Head office areas also support a blended working approach. You'll have the opportunity to discuss this further with the hiring manager during your interview and, where it is operationally practicable, they'll do all they can to accommodate your needs.
