Responsibilities :

• Establish a prospecting plan (physical, telephone...) for professional customers (doctors, plastic surgeons, physiotherapists...)
• To be precisely informed of the customer's needs and to present, if necessary, the products and services available and likely to interest the customer, on their applications, their technical aspect, the conditions of sale and delivery, their installation in its surface of exposure (medical cabinet...).
• Inform about the existence of additional services (consumable range, merchandising, training...).
• Propose financial solutions to the customer (set up of financing plans, trade-ins, proposal of second-hand equipment if necessary...).
• Provide technical and practical advice to the company's customers.
• Specify the conditions of sale and availability.
• Ensure the commercial and administrative follow-up of the files (follow-up visits, letters, emails...).
• Record the contacts established with the customers, the content of the appointments and visits
• Participate in seminars and demonstrations as well as events and trade shows.
• Report to the Customer Relations Department all information allowing the updating of the sales file.

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in business development in the field of aesthetics and/or well-being 
• Good communication and negotiation skills, sales force
• Fluent in French and English; any other language is an asset
• Significant travel in French-speaking Switzerland (80%)
