The SME (Subject Matter Expert) Program is a brand new one, launched in 2020, has been designed from scratch as the most innovative e-learning experience to support technical and process knowledge across the EU and UK Regions for experienced managers.
As SME Program Manager, you will support the program expansion to three different levels of technical and process complexity, you will support in the creation of an SME-Network to connect process experts and SME-certified managers across different regions and will have the chance to work with a large amount of different stakeholders EU and WW; knowledge has no boundaries!
The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communication, project management skills, the ability to build strong relationships, engage and influence key stakeholders and easiness to understand key metrics and take actions to move in the right direction. Candidate will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Have a detailed understanding of training requirements.
· Work closely with customers to create SME content that leads to high manager competences and operations delivery.
· Work closely with EU Customer Fulfillment (CF) Learning, EU ACES, EU Process Engineering team, WW ACES, Tech SME and EU Operations to ensure training is aligned and managers are trained to run the processes in their station.
· Build metrics/reporting/analytics to measure the Manager skills and knowledge journey throughout the learning process with a 360 feedback loop.
This is a 'sleeves rolled up' role where you will be setting the direction for SME roadmap and ensuring that it is executed to plan.

This role can be based in MEU, SEU or UK
· Bachelor degree and/or 2+ years of operations management, project management and a great understanding of the operational processes.
· Understand customer needs to be able to lead the content and design teams through the creation process to deliver process-accurate, technical and value adding content to experienced managers.
· Ability to understand metrics/reporting/analytics to identify constant improvement options for the program.
· Strong communication (verbal and written) in English.
· Entrepreneurial mindset – capacity to think outside the box and create actions and plans to fulfill our customer needs. Our customers will be all EU AMZL managers that want to acquire an excellence level of knowledge.
· The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities.
· Degree/Masters in Engineering, Operations, Business, Economics or related technical.
· Experience in Training (L&D), Process standards, Lean Six Sigma Programs/Initiatives.
· Knowledge of at least one other EU language (Spanish as preference)
· Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple delivery stations across the nation
