What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Program Management Advisor, you will drive the development and implementation of test processes and solutions for new and exciting products and services. Working closely with Product Business Units, Engineering, Manufacturing, and NPI groups in cross-functional teams, you will manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex  projects - From design to delivery.
You will:
• Manage multiple projects, typically in single functional area, or a moderately complex project
• Interface with Engineering and Operations to design requirements and facilitate design and deployment pf new test infrastructures
• Understand impact of emerging business trends and their implications for Global Test Engineering and its customers
• Develop creative solutions to complex business problems through in-depth examination, coordination and collaboration with key decision makers
• Consider Dell-wide implications of decisions and recommendations

Essential Requirements
• 5 to 8 years of related experience
• Technical subject matter background in Dell product development and operations
• Ability to build and lead effective, high performance design teams and provide ongoing performance feedback to functional management
• Collaborate and manage the cross functional team to define solution definition and requirements
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable to change
