General Overview

 The prospective candidate will be expected to carry out all general and varied administration duties ensuring the smooth and effective running of the office. They will need to be organised, accurate and pay attention to detail.

The Administrator will be working with all levels of staff across the site to provide administrative support and assistance within the Document Centre.

  • Previous experience within Administration
  • Good communication skills are required as well as an understanding of customer service
  • Good Keyboard Skills
  • Microsoft office packages such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
