ABOUT THE ROLE:
• Fixed Term, part time employment - 64 hours per fortnight (includes weekends and public holidays).• Mercy Palliative Care, Administration, working across Sunshine and Werribee offices• To be an integral part of the Administrative team, contributing to the provision of high quality are for patients and families of the Mercy Palliative Care Program in the community• Being part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.
ABOUT YOU
:• Experienced and well developed administrative and office skills - is a must, preferably in a health setting
• MS office skills - advanced in use of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Well-developed telephone etiquette with demonstrated techniques
• Motivated, flexible, extremely reliable, with ability to work at short notice
