The Team

The administrative staff at Fidelity plays a vital role in the company's success, and the individuals serving in these positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of their team. Excellent communication skills will be constantly put to the test, as will the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously serving as a focal point of a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.

This role requires versatility, agility, and resourcefulness, as the role involves a broad range of administrative and project accountabilities impacting the entire 1500 person, Merrimack Regional Center (RC).  As a member of the RC administrative team you will directly support two members of the leadership team as well as play an integral part in planning, coordinating and implementing site-wide events and activities such as dynamic/hybrid working, rewards and recognition and site operations. 

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years administrative and/or project support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and SharePoint
  • Detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive and creative approach willing to assume responsibility for and ownership of a broad range of administrative tasks, projects, and programs
  • A self-starter with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of working collaboratively and optimally with various personalities

The Purpose of Your Role

  • Assist leaders with calendar management, expense reporting and budgeting, HR transaction processing, meeting planning and correspondence, product purchasing, team communications, and project management
  • Coordinate meetings internally and externally, preparation of agenda, meeting facilities, and distribution of materials
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other Fidelity departments to support Regional Center operations (Real-Estate planning and operations, Technology, Hospitality, Security, RC Operations, etc.)
  • Office management including maintaining non-standard supplies and supporting PI Phone technology equipment needs
  • Provide support for on-site visits and events, and end to end support of meetings and events
