Job Description
- Operate a multi-line telephone console to answer and direct incoming calls. Obtain caller's name and forward call to appropriate party. Take messages, as necessary.
- Greet clients, visitors and direct as needed.
- Provide information and assistance to clients/customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Additionally, the Receptionist will: answer inquiries, schedule appointments, receive and distribute messages, Fed-Ex, or US Post Office deliveries, monitor central fax machine; will perform other clerical or administrative duties based on the business needs of operation.
- Assist the Project Manager with planning meetings.
- May include other duties as assigned
- Essential Education/Knowledge/Experience includes
- Education: Associate Degree
- Work Experience: Previous Receptionist or Administrative experience is preferred
- Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office
- Communication skills: Excellent customer service skills are essential both on the phone and in person
- Professional business appearance is required for this front office position; highly dependable, flexible, detail-oriented and conscientious; individual must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Receptionist duties (included but not limited to):
- Answer telephones and route calls appropriately.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate waiting area.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Closed Payroll if the payroll ends on weekend: must be available to closed it on Saturday or Sunday
- Adjusting working schedule form previous week for not to hit overtime.
- Submit quality control inspections
- Submit SWOPs, night reports
HR Administrative Duties (included but not limited to):

- Badges
- Places office orders
- Runs BGC
- E-Verify
- 10% - Other
- Special projects and assignments as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative/receptionist role.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (able to read, write and speak both languages fluently).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be flexible and able to multi-task.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
