Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will assist the Operations Manager by providing office support to ensure that the operation is in compliance with company record-keeping policies and responsive to the needs of its customers.
Essential Duties
Provide receptionist services, greet and assist visitors, answer phone and direct calls.
Provide administrative office support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
Maintenance and submission of payroll with proper allocation and classification of hours.
Maintain employee files.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
