Delivery excellence as an Administrator at Capita’s Fire Service College
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our fast paced and friendly Moreton in Marsh based team. Within this role you will be providing support to the Royal Air Force team based on site at the college delivering training. Looking after meeting arrangements, basic HR queries (around annual leave, payroll etc…) and updating course documents, this is a pivotal role in the successful running of the course programme.
Based on site at the college itself you would be at the heart of the work that we do and play an active role in the success in the successful delivery of our air force training
What you will be doing:
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Act as POC for HR queries received from the parent military unit
File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Collate training data into reports.
Provide low level HR support to military personnel
Answer and manage incoming calls
What we are looking for:
Proven track record of working in administration
Excellent communication skills
Organised and able to prioritise own workload
Strong communication skills
