We are recruiting for an administrative assistant to join our team on a twelve-month contract (with the possibility of extending). This role would be great for someone that excels in a team environment and enjoys administrative work but with the freedom to get really stuck in with the team and its culture.
A bit about the job:
The role supports teams of lawyers and the executive assistant to the general counsel with document admin, procurement, expenses, diary admin needs etc to enable our lawyers in group legal to then perform their role to the best of their ability. This role is based in St Helen’s - our London headquarters and is on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. We work flexibly, we look to be in the office 3 days and work from home for 2, days are agreed in line with business needs.
