For our client, we are looking for an administrative assistant in the quality department. Job description • Management of the online learning management system • Complaints administration and investigation • Assist in setting up quality agreements with the affiliates, contract manufacturers or other service providers. • Maintain and management of access rights in Sharepoint, S-drive, Trackwise,... • Work on deviations, CAPAs, non-conform products (medical devices) and non-conformities. • Change controls for all product types • Document control (archiving, publishing, … documents) and recording of training (completing training matrix, competence matrix, tracking the level of training, …). • Support in the maintenance of the Quality Management System by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures, Best Practices and Working Instructions. • General administration work and ad hoc duties as they arise. Profile The requirements: • Bachelor in science (2 years experience preferably) orMasters in Science or related discipline. • You have professional integrity at the highest level, interpersonal communication skills, dedication and attention to detail. • Excellent knowledge of popular software applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point is essential. • Ability to gain the trust of management and staff and demonstrate discretion and professionalism at all times. • Ability to work with a varied workload across the spectrum of administration. • A high degree of reliability, flexibility and enthusiasm is required and the ability to deliver results while working under tight deadlines and balancing different priorities is particularly important. • The ability to work both as part of a team and independently is essential for success.
