Administrative Assistant

Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. Supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.

This specific role will involve:

  • dedicated Vice President & Senior Directors day-to-day support, as described above, as well as overall general organization support as needed within the Corporate Functions, Global BioScience Research and Development organization;
  • budget forecasting and tracking of various budgets;
  • being on the forefront & maintaining the organization’s digital communication tools and platforms;
  • enabling the organization’s external relationships, including routing and tracking external contracts, payments, publications requests, interfacing with external partners for meetings, etc.

  • Learning mindset â€“ is eager learner of new things and is able to quickly figure out new tasks and P&G systems by using internal network, external searching, asking experts, etc....
  • Integration into P&G â€“ can quickly socialize and engrain him/herself into the P&G culture, creating a critical network of coaches, colleagues and peers
  • Highly responsive, agile, and efficient â€“ can manage/juggle many requests simultaneously, making appropriate prioritization and accomplishing work promptly
  • Positive, professional attitude â€“ exudes a positive, professional, consistent attitude at all times, stays calm under pressure, likes helping others, and understands the critical nature that the administrative role plays to a cohesive and well-functioning department
  • Attention to detail - executes work with excellence, always striving for, and usually achieving, right-first-time implementation
  • Fluent digital skills â€“ is fluent with MS Office apps like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams/Chat, SharePoint, Cisco Webex; fluency with other digital apps, like PowerBI, Forms, Calendars, Slido, Mural, etc... is highly desired
  • Strict Confidentiality â€“ able to discern and maintain highly classified and/or confidential information, requiring discretion in behavior and communication.
