As an administrative assistant on our house counsel team, your role will be key to ensuring our office runs efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess strong time management and communication skills, which will be used while managing and maintaining calendars, reserving event locations, or managing travel arrangements. Additionally, you’ll handle standard administrative duties such as answering phones, managing and maintaining documentation, sending and processing electronic communications and mail, and management of office supplies and equipment.
