Job Description

As an administrative assistant on our house counsel team, your role will be key to ensuring our office runs efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess strong time management and communication skills, which will be used while managing and maintaining calendars, reserving event locations, or managing travel arrangements. Additionally, you’ll handle standard administrative duties such as handling settlements, answering phones, managing and maintaining documentation, sending and processing electronic communications and mail, and management of office supplies and equipment. If you have strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect place for you.

Must-have qualifications

High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher

Minimum three years of work experience in an administrative role

Preferred skills

Ability to operate a PC with strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments while working with moderate guidance

Location: Irvine, Sherman Oaks, or Concord CA

Work from home days are possible for this position. Employees are able to work remotely for the majority of their time, if they wish to do so. You are expected to come into the Irvine, Sherman Oaks, or Concord CA office as needed for tasks or other events. In this role, it's expected that an employee would come in about once a week.

Compensation

$17.45 - $23.80/hour 

Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
