As an administrative assistant on our house counsel team, your role will be key to ensuring our office runs efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess strong time management and communication skills, which will be used while managing and maintaining calendars, reserving event locations, or managing travel arrangements. Additionally, you’ll handle standard administrative duties such as answering phones, managing and maintaining documentation, sending and processing electronic communications and mail, and management of office supplies and equipment. You'll assist with fulfilling subpoena requests for records. If you have strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect place for you.
Must-have qualifications
High School diploma /GED equivalent or higher
Minimum three years of work experience in an administrative role
Preferred skills
Ability to operate a PC with strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments while working with moderate guidance
Experience with medical records requesting or fulfilling subpoena requests for records
Compensation
$15.87 - $19.85/hour depending on experience
Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
