P&G is looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks supporting the Beauty Innovation Design Studio. In this role you will support the business by proactively managing projects and increasing the capabilities and capacity of the design team members. This role will also play a critical part in building the culture of our team.
Administrative Support will include:
Calendar management, meeting coordination, travel, and expense report support for one Vice President, two Senior Directors, and three Directors.
Manage Design Studio space access and safety.
Manage shop materials procurement and inventory
Software & hardware inventory for the studio and basic IT support for the group.
Create Purchase Orders and provide budget support for the team.
Provide welcome, on-boarding, and support for department co-op and work with IT to manage computer transitions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Prior experience in administrative support is strongly preferred.
Interest in an administrative support role and being an integral part of the Innovation Design organization
Aptitude for technology with growth mindset and willingness to learn P&G applications (Teams, Coupa, Workday, etc.) and manage software licensing for design critical programs.
Proficiency with MS Office
