Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. Supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.

This specific role will involve:

  • dedicated VP and Sr. Director day-to-day support, as described above, as well as overall general organization support as needed;
  • budget forecasting and tracking of various cost center;
  • being on the forefront & maintaining Baby Care Invent Tomorrow digital communication tools and platforms;
  • enabling upstream R&D external relationships, including routing and tracking external contracts, payments, interfacing with external partners for meetings, etc...

Qualifications

  • Highly responsive, agile, and efficient â€“ able to manage/juggle many requests simultaneously, making appropriate prioritization and accomplishing work promptly
  • Independent and self-learning â€“ is an eager learner, of new things and is able to quickly figure out new tasks by using personal network, external searching, asking experts, etc....
  • Positive, professional attitude â€“ exudes a positive, professional, consistent attitude at all times, stays calm under pressure, likes helping others, and understands the critical nature that the admin role plays to a cohesive and well-functioning department
  • Attention to detail - executes work with excellence, always striving for, and frequently achieving, right-first-time implementation
  • Fluent digital skills â€“ is fluent with MS Office apps like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams/Chat, SharePoint, Cisco Webex;  fluency with other digital apps, like PowerBI, Forms, Calendars, Slido, Mural, etc... is highly desired
  • Strict Confidentiality â€“ able to discern and maintain highly classified and/or confidential information, requiring discretion in behavior and communication.
