Payroll Give a support or create the personnel file and manage it in the HRIS & Payroll system (Payfit and then SuccessFactor / SAP in 04/2022)Knowledge of a BPO / External provider but all the payroll checks need to be done internally (payroll, annual taxes, DSN etc...)Analysis and management of the payroll monthly process / Control of payroll and personal data of the our employees Management, check and preparation of social benefits, bonus, variable compensation, leaves in general (sick leave, maternity, holidays...) with the help of the HR Admin Manager the leavers in terms of PayrollBe the point of contact & assisting employees on a daily basis with their questions about their payslips (health insurance, paid holidays, transport, meal voucher etc.) with the help of the HR Admin ManagerGive support to the HR Admin & Payroll Lead based in France for UK & Germany's payroll (5 employees) with our External Provider Administration Give a support to the HR Admin Manager for :Participating in HR reporting (KPI)Coordinating the onboarding and outboarding's employees processesAccompanying employees from their entry to their departure (drafting of the employment contract, amendment, etc.) Managing the Internal Mobilities, in Spain and between the differents areas (Spain <> France)
Profile Requirements
