 Idyl is offering diamond jewelry, to a new generation of consumers who expect more from the brands they buy from. Our jewelry is crafted with ethical lab-grown diamonds and traceable solid gold. Our innovative concept empowers consumers to personalize their jewelry, by offering modular diamond jewelry. Through our D2C channel, we are able to break the barriers and make diamond jewelry accessible to everyone again. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 We are looking for someone who is detailed oriented as well as obsessed with building processes. Reporting to the CFO, you will support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 â€” Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department; invoices, payroll, cash-flow... — Monitoring and analyzing budgets, financial statements and expenses — plan and coordinate administrative procedures and think of systems to simplify processes — order management; Directing the flow ofpackages from preparation to shipment — Office Management; Organize and supervise office facilities WHO YOU ARE — You want to be part of a growing startup revolutionizing an industry. — Perfectly fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken.) — Computer savvy. — Excellent organization and communication skills — High attention to details. — Problem-solving abilities. — Ability to multitask. — Adaptable and able to work on things outside your role. — Based in Antwerp, Belgium.
