As Administration Manager (m/f/d) you will be located in our Frankfurt office. In This Role You Have the following key accountability

1. Support the office day-by-day business operations

2. Support the team via contributing to the preparation of the informative documents and the decision proposals of each meeting in English and German language.

3. Assist to analyze and optimize the current business and product development

Now as we have introduced you the role as Administration Manager (m/f/d), who are we actually looking for to join our team?

1. A high level of business English is a requisite for this role

2. Competent handling of MS Office applications

3. Previous working experience in the administration function

4. Proactive attitude in researching and resolving problems/issues

5. Collaborative mindset

Desirable:

1. University education in finance/business/administration

2. Knowledge of Italian, French, Spanish, German or Swedish is a plus

Qualifications Essential: -

Students must be enrolled in an academic program recognized by the state during their student assistants
