Job Description

  • Assist with payroll tasks including data entry, processing, and verification.
  • Accurately enter all payroll related data necessary to process and meet deadlines.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for payroll related issues.
  • Assist supervisor and manager with special projects as requested.
  • Provide customer service to employees when asked by either the employee, HR, or Manager.
  • Maintain proper filing systems.
  • General copying, filing, and mailing.
  • Pickup and distribute mail and faxes.
  • Job duties may be modified at any time.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of administrative support experience including exposure to payroll.
  • Must be proficient in All Microsoft Office software
  • Must be a quick learner and can adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Able to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
