KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 Years working experience in similar capacity.
• Successfully completed GCE A/L.
• Knowledge and Experience with MS-Office applications.
• Ability to work as a team and hardworking and work under extreme pressure with minimum supervision. 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling distributor Invoicing for North and Eastern provinces and marine invoicing.
• Up-dating field staff attendance, leave and office staff overtime to the HCM system before the cut-off dates.
• Make sure to follow the company procedure on recruitment and exists. (Dept. orientations, clearance forms. etc.)
• Monitor sales team visit plans through the tracking system.
• Monitor on field staff fuel, other field expenses and Overhead cost of CSD to be maintained as per the policy (Printing/stationery/Repairs)
• Handling CSD Cashier functions and update the PD cheques register
• Preparation of > 90 days reminder letters, legal files, credit enhancements and other reports.
