Asoka Glass was established in 1946, and has been a pioneer in the Glass Industry of Sri Lanka. We are involved in the importation of all types of glass for retail, wholesale & value addition. Furthermore, we design, supply & install architectural glass for small, medium & large-scale projects in the construction industry.

• A male secretary with administrative experience for the Managing Director of the company 
• Should be able to coordinate affairs in the office during the absence of the MD 
• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree in any field 
• A person who has had previous experience with handling affairs with government institutions is an added advantage  
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Sinhala - good command of English & an ability to handle correspondence in English is necessary
• The office is situated in Athurugiriya, Kottawa Road - a person who has his own conveyance & is residing in close proximity would be preferable (travel allowance can be negotiated) 
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role 
• Age group - between 35 to 50
• Following IT skills are required - MS Office (Word, Excel) & Emails 
• A good team player & possesses leadership qualities 
• An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate
