The Admin and Engagement Coordinator works closely with plant leadership and with the team on various aspects including creative engagement, payroll and various human resources functions.
The Coordinator is responsible for administrative functions including payroll, event coordination and engaging internal and external communications (including digital and social media communications).
What you will do
· Performs other duties as assigned
· Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
· High School Diploma
· At least 2 years HR, Communications, or Administrative role.
- Administrative knowledge of social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Maintains a high level of confidentiality Very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite Highly organized and detail oriented
