the OpportunityAs the Addressable 360 Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for helping keep our ecosystem of IT products supporting digital media operations online and operating at full efficiency. This includes but is not limited to developing, maintaining, and governing tools, policies, and processes for our Data Management Platform, programmatic data pipelines, campaign, and reporting tools.
As the Site Reliability Engineer you will:
- Support sophisticated ETL infrastructure to deliver clean and reliable data.
- Lead the technical implementation of application and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with in house and external data engineers and software engineers using cloud platform, database, and analytics technologies
- Design, architect, improve and support new and existing tools to help Addressable 360 operate at scale.
- Provide technical expertise for issue resolution and root cause analyses; be available for on-call rotation
- Co-own ongoing integrated operational model with multiple supplier teams including governance of key ITIL processes.
- Understand interdependencies with other products/capabilities within the consumer and media space, define new integration support designs and implementation plans.
- Ensure work is delivered with quality, timely, on-cost, and according to business priorities and service level agreements with partners.
- Implement security and access management controls, ensure platform compliance with P&G policies and existing privacy regulations.
- Communicate system constraints to product teams, partner with stakeholders to assess innovation opportunities and new business cases.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with implementing and supporting database and analytics platforms.
- Strong technical skills and expertise in development and software engineering (SQL, Python, APIs, Cloud Services GCP, Azure, AWS, Terraform, Jenkins).
- Experience with ETL frameworks and Data Ingestions.
- Familiar with Data Management and Data Designs.
